Persepolis

This is a story of a young girl growing up in Iran around the time of the Islamic Revolution. I found the movie to be funny, heart-breaking, revolting but most of all instructive. I learned a lot about what is was to live in Iran during the Islamic Revolution. I cannot even imagine what it's like to live in such political oppression. I really enjoyed this movie, it captures your attention from the beginning. I liked the fact that it was told from a child's point of view. If I had to rate this movie, I would give it an 8 out of 10.

Earlier today, US Airways began charging passengers on its flights for water. Even worse, the oxygen masks are now coin-operated.- Conan O'Brien

Pablo Neruda

6

y te pareces a la palabra melancolía;

Passion

Lately, I find myself trying to find my passion. Well, actually, I think that's been my issue for a while now, what it is I'm good at or what I do effortless and actually enjoy doing it. At least that's what people say your passion is, an activity one enjoys doing and could see themselves doing even if they didn't get any financial gratification for it. I find myself suffocated with so many options to choose from. With so many things to do or be, has gotten me to a point where my head is just clouded.

How is it that I find my passion???? The older I get, the need to find it increases and so does the anxiety level. It's like I can hear the seconds of the clock ticking away, that annoying sound keeps you up at night and lets you know that time is passing you by.

What makes your passion, your passion??? and how do you know it's your passion? How can I look for mine?
